been playing a few tourneys recently and they didnt go too well. On thursday night played the 55 dollar 80k grtd on stars and had half of my uncle who also played, he managed to get 13th/1800 kings losing to ace queen clubs for chip lead and got 550 dollars, 15k for first but i dont like money so its ok i like losing...... played a £200 freezeout on friday got to last 18 of 94 players then things started going wrong. had a 55k stack with blinds at 1000/2000 was a bit of a turbo, table was very soft and i took down a lot of pots uncontested but in the end i got involved in 7 showdowns and lost 6 of them aq v tdjd, aq v tq, tq v 8h9h, qsks v a6, 33 v aq, 4t v tk, kc3c v jq. 33 v aq. The hand i won was kc3c when i shoved for 8k utg 7 handed when blinds were 1500/3000 and sb clled with qj off and i held! eventually got knocked out when pushed 19k stack utg 6 handed with 33 1500/3000 sb called with aq off. Was in total control of the table, shame i couldnt have average luck and win 3/7 showdowns, ended up coming 13th for no money. then saturday i played the £150 freezout starting stack 5k i had aa utg made it 150 25/50 blinds flop 999 i was a bit drunk so i stack off with aces to ace 9 diamonds, would try and pot control but its 150 quid tourney at end of the day so i though gambol. so i go back to hotel play a 50 dollar turney on stars and bust 13th pushing ace 9 off on cut off when blinds are 3/6k with a 95k stack maybe i should b openin to 15 and folding to a reraise but i opted for the open shove and he had aq game over. lost about 1000 dollars on roulette over weekend as well. yesterday run bad at cash for a few buy ins and decided to spew off another 2 buy ins at nl100 with an awful bluff. Back to the slog in a coouple of days after i detilted and got some composure back.

i just about win more than rake. GL to all them low stakes grinders out there.
