So I was shitting on 10nl so ez and moved up at $728, now I'm down to $658 after like 20k hands and not sure if I'm running bad or just retarded so I thought I'd get some feedback. I'll start updating this blog with hands that confuse me to see if its my fault I'm losing. Also anyone who has crushed 25nl if you have any generic tips about this level I'd appreciate it, for instance at 10nl people were looking for excuses to fold so c-bets etc were mandatory but at 25nl every time I c-bet bluff I get snapped so hard and people are in general more stationy.

One thing in particular I have had trouble with is paying off sets which I think maybe I could be not doing, heres an example:

depends on the player.. try to watch big hands that go to showdown so you can figure out how players are thinking.
that AA hand he limp called so its pretty easy to put him on a set when he check raises, and kinda hard to put him on a lower overpair.. most players aren't aggressive at NL25, you can often just fold if someone reps a set.

Baluga theorem is helpful when trying to decide whether to fold your big pairs. You can find it through google.

so combo draws are not something I should be looking out for here at all?

edit: also, the baluga theorem I found at 2p2 has to do with turn play which is completely different imo

only good tagish/lagish players will play draws aggressively, there are a few at NL25, but most players are passive.

the limp call from any reg looks very PP ish.. depends if u have reads, cuz some regs raise every pp u know.. so if u know either way then that could b a sign, but for the most part this is just standard, especially when he flats the last flop bet and then the turn is a Kx, thats just shove city.. but its always good to go over coolers just to make sure.

Its hard to make a easy buck legally, its impossible to make a easy buck morally.
