or so the saying goes. after being an epic bitch about that downswing yesterday i put in some work today and made a decent recovery. didn't go without f4zi pwning me for two days in a row though

Woulda maybe been close to fully closing the gap if I didn't somehow lose AQ vs 44 on a Q92 board? Heroic superuser in effect for that guy.

I'm glad I pulled it out. Poker might seem fancy and complex at first, but like anything else it's all about work. You get out of poker what you put into it. It's nice seeing guys like K2o4 or whatever posting about poker for once, because if you follow the progression in his blog you can see how his results mirror the work he's putting in. Poker isn't always "fair" in this regard in the short term, but the real hustlers seem to be the ones who make it.

The harder I work the luckier I get.
