Ok I normally don’t blog but I just feel like complaining and don’t want to make my friends listen to all my bad beat stories. For the past 2 years I’ve never had a downswing significantly bigger than 10 buy ins.

So I haven’t played in like a month really, and I had to cash out some money to pay off some school bills, so I decided to drop down a level and play some 200 nl just to get used to playing poker again, which is what I always do when I haven’t played for a while.

I then proceed to drop 17 or 18 buy ins over a few thousand hands… WTF. I’ve never ran so bad in my life, and because of it I haven’t made some lay downs that I should have, and have made several stupid bluffs for no reason, and am just not thinking totally clearly. I didn’t really think it was possible to lose so many buy ins playing remotely decently at 200nl, but maybe I’m not. Money wise it’s not the worst, but I feel so crappy losing so many buy ins. I’ve recovered a few of them but I can’t seem to really get anything going. meh

yea i hope so haha. it's funny i put the most hands in when i'm getting crushed. I'm doing it wrong i guess haha.

you prolly arent into poker much anymore? maybe play some hands on nl50-nl100 to get used to it again and then move up again?

might improve your A-game if you didnt play in a while ;O
