Whenever I open my email i see that name: LeggoPoker. They are pretty keen on sending me notifications about useless promotions and other equally irrelevant crap. I just never got to marking them as spam till this point, the annual cleaning of mailbox.
And I'm glad I didn't. Because the last E-Mail has informed me that they're having a Christmas time promotion(which is- i bet- is there to become a permanent thing), a 7 day free trial, no sign up fees, no cancellation fees(it actually doesnt say on the website, i had to email them to receive confirmation of that) and only 30 dollars a month reccuring.
Now that is exactly what made me subscribe with DC. I was planning on saving up for CR until i took a 7 day free trial- with no intention of staying. And it made me realize the value of Krantz, and FWF and BalugaWhale and the rest of them guys who delivered sick content at a fraction of a price of CR.
LeggoPoker used to use the CR pricing model- enormous sign up fees and paying in bulk. Thats why I never considered them as an option. But now when they adopted the modern pricing system(something for CR to think about- why leasing works so much better then financing, so to put it) they become affordable for even microstakes grinder. So for you, lil' fellas thats a quality option, get a move on it, 7 days of non stop poker goodness.

Yes but look at who the demographic is for leggo. They're geared more towards high stakes/higher mid stakes players. Not saying a microlimit player wouldn't benefit from a leggo subscription, but DC I think would still be better overall value because the content is more simplified and relational to what a learning player would understand. |

It's just another option really but I will be hard pressed to agree with u from what i've seen so far. Its not like they have one instructor, different instructors do things differently, and for different demographic. Like from watching aejones HU vids so far i find them to be much more lowstakes oriented then DC HU videos. Im really considering having both subscriptions since i really like poker vids and watch 2-3 a day=P |
