And tbh my -1K dayz of which i had 3 in my life so far didnt feel worse than the -80$ days back then when i played Nl20

Happens to all of us, two outers, runner runners, etc. I'm just now recovering from a -6 buyin downswing at nl25 and have made about 5 BIs of it back. You'll be fine, just try your best not to tilt. TBH, I think I lost at least 2 buyins due to spew/tilt.
