So, enjoying my first session of the year with the idea of a new start in my head. Completely de-tilted from my late downswing, or at least, so I hoped but the ass-rape just continues and I hereby call a favor upon human kindness (lol, if there is any available in this world) and hope somebody can point out my leaks and at least enlighten me if this is all bad play or mostly variance or whatever because I hereby have 0 amount of confidence left in myself as a poker player.
My 25NL winrate (LOL, winrate...) has been cut in half in 3k hands and ever since I dropped down to 10NL with a 775 roll I am still enjoying the ass-rape being down another 10 buy-ins there and still counting. I totally transformed into a weak/tight nit and am completely scared of ever taking a hand to showdown if it isn't the complete nuts because I expect to get ass-raped since that's what been happening the last 7k hands or whatever. Oooh, I'll add my graph for the pure lulz factor of it.
The best thing of this graph is, that it contains half my former bankroll...

Ok, well, I hope I will get somebody to help me out here. So far I set aside all my pride by asking for help here and I hope somebody will respond and shit, not really expecting anything though... If nobody will react and/or help me, I guess I'll pray that I will run like Jesus before I go busto like this...

I'm in the same boat. I had a 600 BR that went down all the way to 200.
What you can do is the stnd stuff, post your biggest losing hands and your thoughts/reads on them and drop down levels. There's no shame in playing NL5 to get your confidence back.
Heck, that's what I'm doing atm, playing the $5 HU sngs when I would like to be playing the $20's. I'm also posting my losing hands and going through my thought processes on them and thinking of any mistakes I made. If I keep losing, I'll gladly play the $2's. Everyone's gonna have mega downswings sometime and we just have to deal.

post your stats found in reports
it's a good indicator of any humongous leaks, if not maybe post some big losing hands and we can look at it? |

C. NL10 - NL50 is a FUCKING JOKE and you need to do 1 of 2 things.
1. start dominating retards.
2. quit poker.
so there u go
u have a bad attitude and sit and expect to lose, ur playing scared poker which means your range is fucking 100% transparent to anyone with a working brain and iq over 82.
microstakes is very easy, all u have to do is put in alot of hours and really want it.
if u can't fix it then quit and find something better for urself
gl man, although this isn't about luck, u gotta stop letting short term results affect your game.

Can I post my stats of my last 10k hands or whatever or should I post them of my entire database ?? I don't mind posting stats for my entire database since I'm probably not that great of an example on how to play poker by stats, haha. |
