A question for all the veterans, how do you react to a session full of bad beats/coolers?

I've been running sick bad for the last 10 days and I'm wondering whether you learn to just shrug that off eventually, because a life where you're down every other day because you lost a few buyins can't be a lot of fun.

It can definitely take its toll on your game confidence for sure. You constantly get sucked out on and lose trust in your ability to read hands, incorrectly perceive villain's range to be much stronger than it really is, giving them license to push you around. all you can do (all that matters) is recognize when your a-game is not present and log off. Sometimes I avoid playing or cut down on hands when on a bad run but that in itself is a bad habit because I'm not rising to the challenge. Watching some vids to get reaffirmation on your play and thought processes definitely helps. Hell, watch 2 in a day if you can't play your best.
