Why do I suck so bad?
My usual day starts with me quickly running hot and ending up +2bi. I'm feelin' good so far!
THEN I make a good read / call based on HUD stats and call an obvious allin bluff with the lead. My opponent has 3 outs and he hits and I lose a big stack.
Now, I am NOT complaining about coolers / bad beats. These things happen and the fact that I made a great call is enough to override my one hand of bad luck.
The funny thing is after this happens, my deficit quickly gets huge as I make the MOST HORRENDOUS FUCKING BLUFFS / CALLS EVER!

I hate myself right now. Some of these calls / bluffs I make when I'm steaming are not only an insult to a toddler's understanding of poker, but to my intelligence. These are calls and bluffs my girlfriend wouldn't make!
Note to self: If you get sucked out on, STOP MAKING BAD BLUFFS AND CALLS! THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE!

Its hard sometimes fo sho though... soon as you eat a big beat like that just take a quick step back and think about your state of mind and decide if you should take 10 minutes off or what |

your tilt control seems terrible and you tend to sweat single hands way to much
work on not making hero calls, u know its ok to dump a small pot instead of MAYBE winning a big pot if your hero-ness is on that day

stop making bluffs or marginal calls in the first place
then, after a while, you will start to see where it's good to call or make a bluff and u can take advantage of it |
