Ok someone confirm what this means because its driving me nuts. Do I actually blow really hard at this game? I can't seem to pinpoint any other major leaks other than what I'm already aware of (such as shoving spew). I think I play a balanced showdown and non-showdown strategy, but run really bad?

no idea, that's oldschool shit man. get HEM already.

and spewy shoves would definitely lead to a shitty showdown line.

yeah I realize this is ancient as hell but just reinstalled it again because staying down here for so long has got my head scratching. We can expect to at least make SOME sense of this.

Based on my winnings line it looks as if I play a more non-showdown winning style that isn't heavily weighted down by bad shoves (because the line is fairly neutral, if it had a downward trend that would definitely mean I was leaking major)

The luck I think I'll ignore though it isn't a pretty picture

this is so confusing, you swong'd over 20bi in 750 hands?

looks like you're better off playing 12/8 and waiting for big hands

sounds like you need some inspiration? remember! ask yourself WWMD (what would midian do?)

or y'know look up some 'well' posts on 2+2, read some blogs or interviews of high stakes players.

I've been re-tooling my 6max game recently so here's my 2 cent: when i played last week NL50 was full of cardrunner clones just like you. even the fish are used to it. If you play the same as everyone else there is no logical way you can beat rake. cut down the tables, forget about "leaks" and focus on getting into the heads of, and exploiting, other players. add some more moves to your arsenal, get creative while adhering to basic poker principles (position, pot odds, frequencies, inducing mistakes). aim to maximize your winrate and learn everything you can from your experiences. realize that you CAN improve and spend as much time reading articles/books/hand histories as you do playing.

in saying that... I only just finished re-owning NL25 6max, so I'll be seeing you at the NL50 tables. 8D

Thanks for the comments. I just DL'ed HEM and the trial version looks attractive so far. It shows that I'm a decent winner but none of that is in my roll because NL50 rake runs at about 3bb/100

So i'm obviously not a goddamned robot. I think I'll try 4tabling I guess...haven't done that in a LONG while.
