dude thats really bad. drop to NL2 and stop 24 tabling. nl5 4k hands 12 tabling i make at least $20 and its a near constant rate.

you need to work on game first and 24 tabling does not make you improve at poker, it just makes your automated decisions quicker.

try this:
first only raise TT+ cbet flop if you get 1 caller and give up if called, otherwise c/f with an overcard
bet for value

limp other PP hoping to hit a set and get it in.

call a preflop raise if less than 1/20th relative smallest stacksize (of the opener + callers) with small PP for set mining
call preflop raise with TT+, bet out flops with no overcards or call front bets

reraise AA KK only, get it all in preflop. only stack off with reraised pot with AA KK if 10% of smallest stack goes in preflop.

just opening that small amount of cards you should be able to manage a winrate. after you have a consistent winrate start slowly adding cards like AK, then AQ, then AJ late positions, AT BTN... see how they affect your winrate.

and cut down on the tables. play full ring- less variance. good luck

I think you've missunderstood me....from hands 300 to 2737 i was playing 2/4c limit cuz of the stars 25k promo....and I probably could tighten up my range a little, but most of my big drops are losing big hands vs sets, so I dont see tightening my range helping alot there....i could see playing more than 4 tables and being a bot maybe being benificial though, thanks for the tips, I'll think on it....
