there are many known ex-SC (and war3) pro gamers that play, both on stars and FTP now. Most are unsuccessful/rakeback grinders, a couple are pretty rich now though.

Unfortunately I don't think I'm at liberty to say who's who (beyond the ones that's obvious like zacard, sweet, etc.) so i'll leave it at that.

most pros aren't creative at all, they just memorize build orders/timings and then practice mechanics for 12 hours a day.

Also I played a lot against Zergman back in the day when MGW was a Game-i only clan. Pretty nice guy and a hell of a player. That whole clan was pretty sick.
