i have a microsoft wheel mouse optical 1.1 from like 1999 and turning yellow.
even with sensitivity cranked to max for the mouse and vista, my dual monitor set up is wide enough that i basically have to use my arm to get from side to side...

looking to get a new mouse hopefully for some grinding as soon as exams are over
i wont be playing many games, just BW/SC2, but want a nice mouse for pleasure
does new/used matter?
ncix usually has deals for DA for like 58$ canadian with a goliathus mouse pad new
im right handed and use a finger grip afaik - go for a flatter mouse?

also a couple of us are going to niagara this sat
wanna go fishing?

I recommend against razer mouses. I had one and the 1 out of every 5 clicks wouldnt register like 3 months after I bought it. Logitech series are better.

Mmm I've been using a Deathadder for almost 2 years now and the only problem I had with it was that it wouldn't work on an Icemat2 glass mousepad. other than that it works flawless.

Some people have problems w/ razer mice... I've never had a problem and have been using them forever. I personally prefer the ergonomics of the Deathadder over the rest of the razer/logitech mice that i've used.

Hmmm, I have pretty massive hands compared to a lot of people... but I would say that I am somewhere between a palm grip and a finger grip.... The rear of my hand is still on my mousepad, and i grip it with my fingers and move the mouse with my wrist.... pretty standard I would think?

Though it's all personal preference... I'm mostly a low sensitivity gamer with an emphasis on accuracy over speed and the deathadder is my ideal mouse
