ok so i got my xbox 360 from pokerstars not too long ago. it's just been sitting in my closet, though. I want to go buy a few games for it, though, and i was wondering if anybody could recommend some good games. I LOVE to play RPGs (I had a playstation and PS2 forever), so those are my priority but any suggestions are appreciated. Also, after you list a game if you wouldn't mind telling me what kind of game it is that would be great.

Lost odyssey is a very good oldschool rpg
fable2 is a good rpg too.
other than that i recommend halo3 and i dunno really |

thanks for the suggestions guys. I think I'll probably get Fable 2 first just because it seems to consistently be mentioned when I ask about good Xbox games.

if you haven't played oblivion try that. The days of turned based RPGs are gone. Tales of Vesperia is the most similar to old school tho i'd say. And Fallout and Fable are nice too. But i'd play Oblivion and Tales first. |

dunno about rpg games really so can't really help there except I do keep hearing about Fable 2
rock band 2 for the drums
hearts and uno with a headset to talk mad smack
those are my faves atm |

Lost odyssey is by the guy/team that used to make final fantasy. It plays like a snes rpg, everything is extremely oldschool with modern graphics/etc. It does everything right but there is absolutely nothing revolutionary about it. It redoes the tried and true snes style rpg and I loved it. Awesome story line and I was entertained the whole way through unlike a lot of rpgs where i just lose touch with them and decide to quit playing. |

Mass Effect is supposed to be one of the best RPG's, and it's pretty cheap nowadays (about $20 or something). It's getting great reviews, tho I havent played it myself  |
