I've thought about doing this. But since I still have a lot to learn I feel i need to look at my results to see what Im doing right and what Im doing wrong. I also need to know when to quit, as sometimes I kinda forget about losing a stack or two while multi-tabling with auto-rebuy enabled. I also have this weird tendency to quit when Im on a card rush lol. Just took down 4 BI's to unbelievable retards stacking off with A2o on the flop etc, I even told my girlfriend quote "It should be criminal for me to quit right now as bad as these people are playing".

I still review my hands and look at my stats from each session. I just don't look at anything that says how much I won or lost. I basically have a general sense telling me I had a winning or losing session. I have no idea how big/small they were though. I focus on quitting when I see any sign of tilt building that I can't get rid of with a few deep breaths, or when I've taken several bad beats even if I still think I feel good cause I know I'm on the verge of going into tilt if another one comes and I probably will keep getting em cause I'm running like shit. If I'm playing well and not running bad then I try to keep playing. If I am playing well and running good then I definitely keep playing.

My problem has always been that I quit when I hit a card rush and keep playing when I hit a downswing. Trying to get myself to flip that around.

how do u look over your sessions/hands and not know how much your up or down?

i used to have the same problem as u but thn one day just didnt. IDK what happend but something clicked mainly when i have a card rush keep playing cuz i can make sooooo much more money...when i play bad snap quit cuz losing sux balls and i can come back later and make bank when im feeling better
