Seriously, today is prolly one of my worse day lifetime :/ meh -13 or -14 buy in in like 1700 hands i just can't manage my anger -______- i lost to a ton of 3 or 2 outters usually i just punch something away and i feel better but since it's night i dont wanna make too much noise =( so just a question how do you guys free yourself off the anger caused by downswing?

set a 5-6bi stop loss fixes a lot
and about how to manage ur anger ...start thinking with ur head and dont let ur emotions control u while playing poker ofc this is prolly hardest thing pokerwise to do ... there are many ways to calm down after a session tho diff things suit diff people u can always take a walk/go jogging/work out/see a movie u know.. things that u enjoy doing
whats more important tho is that u should accept the fact that this wont be the only day that u ll get a ton of 2 and 3 outers ... if u are sick grinder u ll have those kinda sessions all the time

0.01/0.02 CAP nl2 Omaha High/Lo 6m. Shove every hand for 80c for a while. Always makes me feel better. If there are CAP NL2 Omaha/HI lo grinders out there, they've buddy-listed me for sure.
