Tournaments are draining. You have to sit down and commit yourself to playing all day. I like ring because you can play for 30 minutes and if you get bored you can leave. You can switch up stakes, games, and tables.
Whats the ROI on a successful tournament player? Tournaments seem more like a +EV lotto ticket. They might be -EV if you add in the consideration of time (imagining you value your time at a rate that you earn playing ring).
