had this for a long time but got rid of it i think.

In the past when i played my A game and broke even for like 800 hands due to nothing happening at all ( got no hands .. never hit . always worst boards etc)
I started to get into super risky high variance spots till i was down like 3 BI >-<
after that i started a grind and felt motivated to breakeven

very bad habit

U see what i did there with A8 ? He 4 bets and there we go insta jam A8 : ---booooom -- . hahahaha ( Krantz)

yea I think this is the main reason I've had such bad tilt issues; in a fucked up way I feel better losing because I'm getting action and can start to "recover" instead of nothing going on. I feel like a such a degen dfkjldsf need to fix this mindset asap

im like this too
i just finished a session where i was super bored and i said: ok, im gonna play like durrr

started playing 45/40, overbetting rivers and trying to make ppl fold TPTK and stuff and started losing lots

somehow i ended 4bis up tho
no idea how the hell that happened

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol

thought process for that hand was klorinho1 is a 22/13/2 somewhat of a reg, he very rarely is limp/calling broadways, and he doesn't play draws aggressively from what I've seen so I thought he either had 77 or was going to fold all else, but yea mostly I was in spew mode and it was bad

imo overthinking too much in anything less than 400nl is a spew. people are just not that good and you mostly end up levelling urself. keep things simple and build a roll for 400nl coz thats where all teh headaches of multilevel thinking will really mindfuck you anyway lol
