Help, guys, pls. A friend of mine has d following thing: he has a PC and a laptop and on the laptop he has used Skype to write with friends about smoking weed and stuff. Now, his mother kinda heard about that (not important how) and she confiscated the laptop, which is turned off. After that, he is kinda fucked up cause he has to find a way to delete the things written on it. So he asks if logging in from the PC and changing the password helps? He did that while the laptop is still off so Skype there is turned off. The laptop has the auto-signing option ON and that sux. So, is there a way he can possibly make it impossible for his mother to see the weed stories and shit? Pleaaaaase, help, he is really desperate. The story is deep and can fuck him up big time .

you can remotely log into his desktop from a different computer. from there you basically have access to everything as you would if you were using it normally. search remote log in on google for more info and you should be fine. |

if he's changed his skype password I don't think auto login will be able to log on at startup as it would be using the old saved password assuming you meant the computer has been turned off and not just hibernated or something like that. |

So, can he do that remote control without doing ANYTHING to the laptop. I mean, he no longer has the opportunity to touch that laptop. I will make a fkn research... |

lol, this friend of mine just did a trial with me - he created an acc and gave me the pass, then i clicked on auto-sign in and logged in and then i turned off my PC, he changed the pass, i turned it on and it just started to sign-in and i thought - FUCK! and then suddenly - "The pass has been changed, cannot sign-in" LOL FUCK YES! So, if any of you happen to be in a scenario like this - do the same shit. Fk i am so happy
for my friend |

not to be a dick but common sense would dictate that changing the pw to an account would render attempts to log into the account with the wrong password useless.
also i have a hunch that "your friend" is actually you, so congrats :D |

Well, he is 20 and for a conservative society smoking weed is like the broadway to Heroine. Weed is under the stigma of DRUGS=VERY BAD. +she considers him a degenerate with no job and so on she told him "you started with poker, now weed, what's next?" And he just laughed at her and she told him "u r coming with me for a test" and he insta snap reshoved, bluffing with "u can test me all day long, mom!" Do you think he has fold equity here? Is it +EV? |
