wow just had the most depressing session ever, everytime i thought my luck was changing (i.e KK4 6 9 rainbow in a 4bet flop with AK) thinking 'thanks poker gods' WAMMM BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM he turns over K4 and proudly types '

' into chat, few mins later i get kings and im like yeh lets go baby w00, 4 bet villain he flats with aq, flop q 4 8 rainbow and he bets into me i shove and he calls rivers the ace 'BAAAAAAAAM TAKE THAT MOFO IF YOU THOUGHT THIS WAS EASY' screams a poker god. so yeh ill get a graph and see if i can find the motivation to go over my hands and pick out the redic aids ridden shit hands jus climbing back slowly and fuck my life as i do i raise with 9s and a guy insta shoves $10, cba with this shit :D. But my aims from now are just to build steadily and can someone comment if its best to play through a downswing like ive done tonight bopped off like 7 buyins or w.e or just when i am in the midst of one coming take a break???

thats just made me angry realising how much ive actually blown, my roll is sat at 205 and according to pt i should be sat on 265 ish ??????????????????????????????????????????????????? f-m-l
F9UIAVEUINING im actually mad seeing how ive donked what must be 50 on tournaments ? (Granted i flopped 2 pair just after end of rebuy and a 45k pot guy shoves flop with OESD Q_Q)
Are there any ways of limiting my account so i can't physically play more than one tournament a day and making sure it isn't a rebuy tourney? :x

After reflecting, it seems my cash play wasn't all too bad but just a minor losing session of -2 buy ins, and i blew most on tournaments but all is not lost i still have a healthy roll to crush micro and this kind of more motivation for me to go on and destroy nl10 and get into nl25 asap, just need to stay away from mofocking donkaments. But on a serious note i will ask the question again is there a way of limiting what i can do on my account tournament wise like i can/have done cash game wise? Thanks in advance

Everytime i lose a big pot i tell myself what did i do wrong? If the guy sucked out clearly i did nothing wrong. If he didn't suck out and i was behind i say to myself could i possibly fold in that situation. If i think the probabality if me folding in that spot if i were to re think the hand would be greater than 50 percent i say ok i played it wrong. If it's less than 50 like 35-50 i say could i still fold? Maybe..maybe not depends on the player. Kind of hard to fold ak when flop comes kk4. My question is what happened pre flop that hand. How did i guy with k4 get in the hand? Was he just a random fish who called with and two cards? I don't know the exact situation.
