I'm never going to get out of NL10 at this rate. I always win big or lose big in a session. (150bb+ win or -150bb loss).

Going to make another blog post to post up my stats and get some help identifying leaks.

After winning almost 300bbs in the first 200 hands:
Free money!

I proceed to lose every pot greater medium/large pot in the last 800 hands.

Examples:
Dominated hands never seem to be dominated.

100/20/0.5 60 hands. Loose passive station. Don't think I'm good.

Loose passive station. I need to be able to fold sets, This line screams I have a J.

Yelled FML in the lab (every stared at me), when I saw the J on the river.
+ Show Spoiler +

Loose passive station. When he 4bets I'm certain he had a 2 or 33. I think I run into worse kickers enough times here to make my 5bet shove profitable.

TAG 14/11/3 30 hands. Plays standard, multiple tables. I almost never 4bet fold but it was his first 3bet and the fast 5bet shove I'm at best chopping.

Conclusion:
-I run bad against shorties.
-I run like shit in flips.
-Dominated hands are never dominated.
-Stations run like god against me.

Is it normal to be running -5bi (+5bi ev) over 30k hands at NL10?

Really quickly, you cannot 4bet 1/3 of your stack with AK and fold to a shove ever.

4 handed makes it a really easy snap call for value.

and also, this is the definition of complete douchebaggery

Besides the AK fold, I'm not a fan of the J2 hand in the limped pot, but it's not a big deal. You played these hands fine so you're either running horrible or leaking cash in small pots and preflop.

its probably a really bad policy to decide that you infact are extremely unlucky right here and now at nl10 as it wont do your growth as a poker player any good. but sure, you're the unluckiest guy at your limit. try to improve your play since the better you play, the less bad luck can really do to your sessionally/daily/weekly/monthly results.

I had a reply typed out but it seems like it glitched and I lost my entire post.

I don't mean to whine it's just frustrating to win money in a session and then lose the winnings in another in an endless cycle over 30k hands when I was a big winner at nl2 and nl5. nl10 isn't any different than nl2/5

I know Apollo posts here maybe he could let me know what he thought about that hand (if he remembers I was on 4 of his tables at one point). I'm pretty sure I was beat there on the AK hand against his 5bet shove range. He was playing really tight, it was his first 3bet and the timing of the 5bet shove really looked strong. I don't expect anything weaker than AK from him.

To Racist Dragon: I was just typing out what I was thinking right at the moment (I almost never chat while playing). I had just sat down at the table a couple hands ago. I raise my 2nd hand and villian, who I haven't played a single hand with, random 3bet shoves all his chips when I have the 2nd best hand preflop.

To Shadow: I filtered my actions/pot sizes in HEM, I'm the biggest winner at small pots and pots that end preflop.

I will post my graph, stats etc in my next post.

15 outs is now a suck out???

I assume you're talking about the KJs hand. I'm not sure how you got 15 outs, even if I count the tying possibilities (and only the poker room wins when people tie), I get only 9 outs. Win: 3 8's Tie: 4 A's + 2 6's. Add some equity for his BDFD and he has about 10% chance of winning on the flop.

running -5bi below EV is not that extreme. don't worry about it.
