PS card layout changed?

Everything is fucked up on the 6max tables, it happened in today's update.

gay, my first day back and they find a way to insta tilt me!

Errr, I am pretty sure they have been on the table all the time. Maybe you changed the skin?

Copy your backup folder files into the main folder and run pokerstars.exe so you don't have the updated version and hopefully they will fix it soon.

edit - and obv don't use pokerstarsupdate.exe which is probably what your desktop/start menu shortcuts point to.

yeah I think the seats even got moved a bit cause my HEM stats were all outta position.

ah, that fixes things. looks like the seats were moved which is stupid. cards are still on the table but they're not like WAY out there, they're much closer to the icon.

Yeah the seats and bets and everything are totally messed up. Apparently it's so the seat positions don't hop around in mixed games so they might not even think they need to 'fix' it.

It's simple to use the last update just go to the backup folder copy everything in there then paste all of that into the main folder, it will ask you if you want to replace files, say yes. Then from there just run the pokerstars.exe (also in the main folder) until they (hopefully) release an update to fix the seating positions. If you click any of your usual pokerstars shortcuts they will be linked to pokerstarsupdate.exe and update your files again.

this is MEGA TILTING the shit out of me.

I'm not a big fan of the update either, especially because it kinda screws up the layout for huds. If someone posts oop near the button it kinds throws you off as to what is going on and the overlap of the chips on the cards looks stupid. Glad im not the only one tilted by this.

FUCK they need to change it back, seriously. Lets mass email them. This is tilting me so hard, everything looks messed up on the 6M tables and I cant concentrate on the actual game properly while multitabling.

It's affecting my gameplay as I am 1) tilted by it and 2) get confused on what the action is. I get it that you guys are trying to make things better and I nearly always love the updates, but this is one of those rare times where the update earned the title of fail. Please change it back, or please ask the department in charge to change it back, whatever. I've had to use my backup files to go to the previous update so that I can play without being tilted. Also, note for multi-tablers who are used to a layout, this really screws us up and as we have a lot of tables to deal with at the same time, extra time worrying about this crap can cause a lot of suffering. Thanks!

lol. Well I guess this most be only affecting PC users, because there was no update for my Mac version today, and there has been no changes to my layout.

lol, I like their cocky "this doesnt affect gameplay" responses. "Hey bitch! Changing the way I have to look at tables changes the gameplay! Would you play live poker if the rail was fully lit and the tables were in blacklight?" I mean jesus, they offer 20 something skins and card layout designs to choose from, obviously table appearance affects friggin gameplay!

Hmmm, glad I'm off the next few days due to bro's wedding and camping with the gf. Hopefully they have this all sorted out before I get back, btw brett what were you doing this last month? Oh and did you get a chance to upload that sMi vid? This is Dan incase you haven't figured that out yet.

I emailed them and got the exact same response . PS always comes around though hopefully they can at least make an option for layout style and include the old one.
