1/2 Live session yesterday @ Crown.
Max buyin $80.. so retarded but grinded to 580 in a few hours
Was feeling good on the table till this new player sits down.
First hand he calls raise + re gets it in with 108o on the turn with k1044 then rivers a 10 against AA
Takes down the next 2 pots and he starts getting cocky.
Next hand i get 10s in the button folded round i 3.5x and he calls SB folds.
10c 9s 3d.
Ding. He checks i bet out 14/20 he snaps.
5s and he bets out 35 into 48. i re to 105 he tank calls.
2s falls and he tanks and bets 120. Reluctant call and he flips over k7ss
Very next hand i get QQ in the SB and he opens utg for 6. folded around to me. i re raise it to 35
He calls.
Qc 2d 2h
Have around 150/200~ left he leads out 70. I ship and he snaps with 23o
3c on the turn no matter...
Case 2 on the river.
He gets up goes crazy and exclaims "i am playing so good today"

lol i'd be pretty pissed after he said that but obv wouldn't say anything. I'd probably go purchase a punching bag and beat that for a bit. |

Pretty terrible. yeh 40BB deep. unsure of % but 10$ cap i think of rake.
My table was pretty passive and was fairly easy to play..the 1/2 table next to me was going crazy and had 3/4way 500/600$ mashes every 4/5 hands.
Its just really lucky if you get a decent table their for 1.2
2/3 is a lot better. 200BI max though. |

So they run 1/2 with 80 max buyin? and 2/3 with max 200? Makes no sense but it sounds like 2/3 should be better to play. |
