Have been hit with a downswing playing micro cash games so I switched to Sit n Go's for a change. MY downswing continued and I must suck.
I played one guy heads up 13 times and he ran insanely hot but had insane betting tells so that sucked. What resources are there or should I just build a larger roll and get used to it?

imo you should stick with one thing.
When you are on tilt or losing a lot of money, take a break. Don't throw it at other games.
Just keep playing with what you are best at and do the normal review/revision of your sessions. |

Honestly I think SNG's are a way better way to build a roll when your starting, but you'll learn a lot lot more from cash games. |
