dont stop cbetting HU, just keep it cheap, bleed some money, and pick up a stack when you are finally dealt a hand, so that your play hasnt drifted any yet. They'll still fold to cbets, they just keep calling b/c they keep getting ridiculously lucky and are seriously connecting 1/2 hands.

Just keep working at it man. We all go through these stretches in our games. Especially the confidence thing, and anyone who says otherwise is lying. It would however be good to add as many good HU players from LP to your msn as possible to talk things over. It's probably a good way to keep getting better. Even Tiger reworks his swing/game constantly.

7 bi's? really? shit. I know you're a successful player.. but fuck, 7buyins is not much to a multi-tabling 6maxer. let alone a "hu reg".

couple things - what fayth said, no need to cbet as much. also, no need to 3bet as much pre (often i find myself 3betting ax just 'cuz, fuck them, they suck, i'll show them') and no problem with checking streets once in awhile.

easy to say, hard to play at times.

basically, when i'm semi-tilting i either quit, or i start playing semi-bitchlike. can't make plays or stress your balls if you're playing against a cement wall

You basically just contradicted yourself. You just told him to "shrug that shit off and play some more man" and then at the end you suggested that he quits if he is semi-tilting. What exactly are you trying to say?

Also - how is playing semi-bitchlike going to swing the flow of the match in his favour lol. Essentially thats like saying : im on tilt so now im going to play even more tilt like and make ridiculous plays that have no real merit behind them and let my opponent exploit me even more than he already is.

I think ultimately this was a simple bad run of the deck for the most part. Bigbb33 has been crushing both nl100 and 200 for the last 2-3 months so i have every bit of confidence that he will come right back from this mild downswing.
