been playing on europe for a while (b.net)
i play as zerg and my games against toss and terran are pretty sub par. i feel like the map is so huge that expanding is so key and mandatory but i never seem to get my timing right. any tips on when u feel the timing is right to expand? specifically against toss
i like to get some what fast zergling to force toss to build extra cannons. i also feel that i can get a few probes if he doesn't build enough cannons, or if he mis places cannons at his expo i can snag a few probes/do some decent harass.
i feel on python teching to muta is mandatory for good harass. and then i switch to lurker tech + hydras. this is usually when i choose to expand. but i may need to do it earlier?

uh if they fe you need to take 2 expos asaply
if they go 1base toss you need to expand at 12 supply or so |

vs tosses (the easy race) you've got to steal alot, but don't get committed in any one spot, keep building up your stack slowly while chipping away at their weakpoints, till you have overwhelming advantage and they start spewing off units in the lategame
also day[9] is a zerg strategy hero :

honestly, zvp , you have so many options, protoss should be adapting to what YOU do, you set the pace, make him react to you all game.
On python im almost always taking my natural with my 2nd hat. Personally i like to 3 hat speed-lings to muta->guards or hydra-lurk contain with scourges for observers
objective for zvp: Prevent toss from expanding, while expanding your self, avoid getting raped by storm, OUT MACRO

Fuck python learn a new map, I haven't played in over a year and I just play whatever map the Iccup player makes, it's better for you to learn then just learning a build. Expand your mind and learn the race and matchups rather then just a map. |

you def want a nat expo, cause it pretty much means you have to defend one base and you get 2, and you will need the gas later.
your goal should be to get to cracklings and defliers and drop, run around causing havok wherever his army isn't, while you get 4 gas and pump out ultras. |
