SO since I redeposited on 22 July I have been playing, for me, a shitloads of hands on NL10 6max. This level is really tilting me and right now I'm a huge loser...
I have been playing about 15k hands of NL10 6max and over first 5k hands I was up 16bi:s but now I have dropped to DOWN 19bi:s!!! It's sooo sick. I run about 4-5bi:s below EV but anyway. Don't know what I should to, have no confidence left on this level, maybe I still play a to highvariance game for this level. I often shove TPTK or nice combodraws to get loosely called by 2nd pairs and TP:s vs combodraws, problem right now, I don't hit or hold up.
However, I have doubled my roll since 22 July. Thank you God for giving me HU-games. I have been playing NL10-NL100 hu games in which I am a winner in all of them.
But I wanna learn 6max...Have no problem with 6max live but when it comes to online I just don't seem to be able to win in the long run. Any tips anyone how I can improve my game on lower limits?

if you are down 19BI and you are -4BI in EV I dont think you shove TPTK and get called by 2nd pair. I would for a week or something try to play really "solid" (pretend its NL100 instead of NL10, so lower your preflop to like 22/18) and try to only "win" instead of thinking of them as bad players and try to outplay them.
Even the lowest levels of play nowadays has some sort of understanding of the game. They know its bad to get it in with bottom pair. If you play really solid (like you do live) I am shure you will be a winner at this stake! |

Read/look at videos. I think you greatly underestimate the changes you need to make in your game to adapt from HU to max, and I dont think that shoving combodraws is your biggest leak :D TPTK might not be a 100%shove either, but this wont be your biggest leak either. Its all the other stuff you do (a bb here 3bb here, calling a 3b oop with semi-trash) and dont notice because you got your head up in the my-life-is-rigged-ass (no offence obv). Do yourself a favor (and me since you send me hands sometimes). Make it so that you can post hh's on LP again and take some interesting spots that are not 100% standard and add the things you used when you made your decision. Usually you dont post any reads/numbers etc which makes everyones opinions flawed, or atleast not applicable to the situation you encountered but only in a general when you encounter unknowns.

I also think I need to read some and also adapt more from HU to max. I'm not as solid online as live..don't know why, but does not at all have the same patience and fold so many hands which is strange since you play a lot more hands/hour online than live.
Will from today try to play more solid, eventhough it's hard for me. I think I know what you mean R87 when you say that I try to outplay, because that is what I often do I think.
Red-->Still have some trouble with MySQL whatever that is...think it has something with this site in combination with entraction HH that is fucked up anyhow...
Will report later on if I make any progress... |

nl 10 can be murdered playing like 16/12 to 22/16. You're just going to end up in a lot of unnecessary crappy spots playing 27/20 |
