hey guys, whats up. been screwing around for quite awhile, moving around the country, basically just being a travelling bastard while taking time off from school.
decided it's time to start taking poker seriously again. moving to the city very very soon, and instead of grinding out 9-12$/hr for 40h/week, figured i should start taking poker seriously again. basically, i'm a lazy asshole and i really dislike work and i want to get the most utility out of anything as possible. so in the whole making-money regard, poker sounds like a good plan.
sadly, due to my huge fucking-around for the last while, my BR is in the shitter. currently at ~500. intend on playing nl25 until ~1000 then nl50. once i hit 1500, i'll start cashing out multiples of 200-400-whatever until i have my CC completely paid off and roughly 1000 in the bank.
once i have that shit all done, i'll take shots at nl100 once i hit ~3000.
am extremely unsure how long all of this will take, but i'm confident i'll be able to hit the 1500 plateau sooner rather than later and start cashing out/setting up the room in the city. will probably get a desk/new bed off of kajiji so it'll probably only cost ~400-500 for both, but i'd like to have another small chunk of change in the bank for random shit that comes up. already have internet/cable in the apartment and am paying for that shit too, so since i'm paying bills for an apartment i have yet to live in full-time, i might as well work my ass off for a week or two and head up there.
anyways, i'm gonna be updating pretty often i think. post graphs/whatever every other day just to keep myself motivated.
as of now, i'd consider myself successful if i played 5k hands a day.
anyways, later guys and gl

My plan for life is the same - live from poker.

I'm with you, im currently hemorrhaging money due to finances and life, and want to start making some regular cashouts at NL50 to stop the bleeding, at the same time though I can predict doing so would set me back at least a week each time, assuming I dont even run bad the week after that. Most people say dont cashout till you can be a reg at NL200, and I have to agree. Gonna see if I can hold on to my BR long enough to reach this point. Other than that fuck life, fuck work, fuck jobs, and play pokerZ! |
