I've been losing for 30k hands plus though, that's why I'm really doubting myself. Feels like such a big sample size

I think you should play less tables, play tighter post flop, value bet more aggressively, and not care the slightest about your red line. Oh yeah and never bluff or level yourself lol. Congrats now you are a 10bb/100 winner at the micros

you should try to get someone else preferably~1 limit above winner to watch you play via skype + teamviewr or some similar combination (mikogo comes to mind) and comment, or vice versa
