*surprise surprise* it seems I am better at cashgames then at tournaments!
Cashgame IQ: 133
Tournament IQ: 110
If you wanna do the test yourself its here: http://www.wsopacademy.com/pokertest/
The big disadvantage with the cashgame test imo is that its 10-handed and doesnt give any real hard decisions. It also feels like pokerstars software
But as a fun and small pointer at were you are in the game I think its good!

u got called by worse? my opponents always had the nuts got 126 for cash and 97 for tournaments. I thougt I would do much worse in the cashgame test because I got stacked like every hand :D |

I think the tests are very different. This one is like more for fun but the donkeytest really think its accurate which I dont like at all. I did the donkey test 2 years ago and it said I was a "high stakes pro" (which I was not , I played NL200 but I beat 99% of the persons in the test). Maybe the questions have changed now so its more accurate or something.. |

lol This was imo the worst one of these i've taken... I mean, my score was about the same ~110 but the "advice" it gave me was pretty contadictory.
The sample size is just too small and the hands are overly contrived. I check 1 turn w/ against some guy "donk" apparently they mean Donk as in calling station and not as in, will always bet with any piece of the board. Really only "mistake" I made imo, and I knew it was a silly check at the time, but it certainly isn't that bad imo, and doesn't merit giving me a 68 for Turn, and deduct points on my "strategic timing" as well. This is prolly a decent test, if you play the exact style that it's testing you on. IMO obviously
donkeytest was a much more fair and useful (read: not useful) test. |
