Well after posting my last blog Ive been on a pretty nice heater... running really well
5 10 has been going much better as has 10 20...Its also really nice to be able to take shots at 10 20 and 25 50 knowing I can always drop down to 3 6 if need be and grind it out.

Ive decided that I am gonna start training muay thai starting tomorrow which Im pretty damn excited about should be lots of fun and a great workout

Ive also finally got back into playing hockey again after a year and half or so of not playing which is awesome... Sigh as I type this the Leafs are getting crushed by Ovechkin and company.

a guy that went to the same school and played for the same club as i did, is spending his first year in toronto, he's a very promising defenseman called Carl Gunnarsson.

oh sick yeah he almost made the team outta camp he looked real good from what I saw of him in exhibition

unfortunately for him the leafs have like 8/9 nhl caliber defensemen already :/ but he looks like hes gonna be pretty good

last time I remember someone posting sick 3/6 results like that was when Tom played insanely lag for a month or something at 3/6 and crushed. sick results man, coach me once I move back up to msnl? :-P
