if u were talking to me i said i was a big fan. ANd I was making a joke how we were young and would do stupid shit liek use pillow cushion rings to fight each other. Never once was I referring to us being able to fight properly. we were in like grade 9...so it was the greatest thing ever

yes UFC was obv better back then but they had to make changes to get publick approval and they did so. So even though the rules have changed look at how skilled so many guys are now. And will continue to develop more and more thanks to being more mainstreamed. But as I said nothing will comapre to the first UFCs which hooked me the day I laid eyes on it.

And the bulking up I was referring to was weight lifting again nothign to do with fighting

btw what u think of this: weight classes are needed now cuz more fighters ahve a higher level of skill. ex. Lesnar is too skilled of a wrestler (and unreal fast for a giant freak) that he could just take the little guy down and lie on him at will. And his skill at not being submitted is high as well as his ground and pound esp on a smaller foe who will receive more damage from those quick punches. So the little guy wouldnt stand much of a chance. ex. GSP, Gracie, etc

maybe you're right, but claiming to being able to beat Fedor while being 50 years old and haven't competed in a long time doesn't seem very humble to me

Really it is hard for me to see any guy under 185 at the least attempt to fight someone as athletic as Lesnar. Don't get me wrong, shat if you have a skinny enough arm and enough spunk to get his back and rare naked choke his ass them anything is possible but I don't see that happening before he does lay on you and pummel you to submission. That's like UFC 3 when dude whacked that big black guy in the face and knocked him cold out and that dude was like 6"4 450lbs....but couldn't move for shat.....shit like that makes me wonder and made me hit the MAT.

So really I do think the weight classes now have validity, if not my good friend wouldn't be in the UFC cause truthfully Kenny was on like 160 at the most when we were training and learning actually he was training and I was learning from him. He taught me the guard pass which is like day one shat and from then on it has been gravy ....pains....forearms killing me ...neck in pain from a choke or fighting a choke.

There are really alot of good unknown BJJ folks out there ...just hanging out in RIO....lol

Well I don't know the history between those 2 fighters...and Fedor he not some nice guy either so he could have been pissed and then lost all since of being humble.
