those negative feelings they are not real. The way you're talkin about how ur relationships are not real. But its the other way around, Ur relationships are real. No matter how unreal they may seem, they cant be unreal. They are more real than those feelings u described. Its other people that find interest in your company, hence you must cherish those feelings. Esp when you feel depressed, its the only way to get out i reckon.
you may feel like you dont want it, it sucks, its pointless. But i reckon jsut try to ride through it. Try to kep the relationships with ur friends.
from reading ur thoughts you seem like a fairly analytical person, so jsut drill into ur head that you should ride thorughit. and when ur invited to go to parties, or hang out with friends dont decline. always accept even if you dont feel like it and jsut go along and see how that goes. Try to enjoy anything that ur friends are.
im not sure about my stand on taking the medications but i reckon they are probably more negative in the long run. reckon using ur will power would achieve more. I dunno but ive jsu been rasied to take as little medications as possible and try real natural things instead.
