Srsly where is my money going -_-.
I had exactly $300 at the start of the week, never withdrew, never played anything but cash games all of which was recorded by HEM... Anyone know what the go is? (all played on pokerstars fwiw)

edit: also, no cashouts under the 'history' tab. no emails saying that money has been transfered from my account, etc.

edit: poker table ratings has me up about $62 bux... pretty much in the middle of these two figures, lol... Is there anything that could be making some of my winnings go elsewhere? obviously something taking 50% of my profit is fuckn huge and i plan on changing to ftp/making a new account if i can prevent it. |

i know this happens if you leave the table midhand in a pot you have put money into, but you'd have to leave aloot of hands that way for this to add up  |

Sometimes HEM skips hands for me, like i won a pot and it doesn't show in HEM. |

Ya HEM Skips alot. I had a month where I was off by 8k which is like 15-20 buyin in stakes i play.. can't really rely too much on HEM. |

yea hem can be off a decent amount sometimes.
ex leaving a table right after winning/losing a big hand. i dont think it will record it. |

I think there are syntax issues sometimes in HHs due to player chat and punctuation. Also if you quit the table before the hand is recorded. I'd request HH from PS for the dates mentioned and make sure the hands amount matches what's recorded in HEM. Make sure HEM is updated to the latest version. I had similar issues a long time ago with pokertracker, but in the end the poker room was always right. |

HEM misses hands especially if you don't wait long enough before leaving a table for it to record properly, PTR misses lots of hands, this is just the nature of the game. |
