I know what the red line is, but the recent talks about and graphs I have seen makes me think... Do I have a minor leak in my game, well there are many leaks thats for sure, but specifically related to this, over the long run going lower and lower.
Here is what I think I do ok:
CBET
2nd and maybe 3 barrel... not as often 3rd barrel in 50nl
I dont call 3bets with sooooted cards.
4 bet bluff--rarely only with reads against > 10% 3bet people.
Anyways some input would be nice

Play more hands. Every hand you play you fight for the blinds. By default your redline is going to tank because of the blinds.
When my VPIP was like 30/26 I had a sick redline and I didn't even double barrel and stuff (blue line suffered of course so it wasn't worth it).

There is no problem with your red line going down, just focus on the green mate. |

i think your red line will improve if you get stronger at postflop play. i also have this problem and it's super annoying. |

nothing wrong with downsloping redline, just make sure you have efficient resteals and squeezes preflop. Also make sure you aren't opening too wide at tough tables and calling too many 3 and 4bets out of position. Over time your red line will slope less if not stay level.
My red line is bad but i've trying to mass a lot to get nova -_- |

red line goes up if you find effective spots to steal pots postflop, bluff raises and floats etc |

Also from recent DC vid your red line goes up if you value bet thinner - something many people don't do at lower stakes (me for sure...). Think about it if rivers go check check, your red line is unaffected but your blue line is, if you value bet and they call, your blue line is affected and your red line unaffected, if they fold your blue line is unaffected and your red line goes up.
If you are playing a bunch of calling stations then your red line will obviously tend to go down more too. |

Changing things about your game specifically to make your redline a certain shape is the wrong approach. Just evaluate your game and see where you are missing spots to 3bet against a steal, float and take away pot, bluff/semi-bluff, 4bet versus steal, defend your blind. In order to do this you need to look at your opponents, identify their tendencies and play back at them in a manner that capitalizes on those tendencies. For example, does a guy raise 75%+ when first-in on the button. Well, he's a good person to defend your blind against. Does someone open light in most positions and then give up after 1 barrel? He's a good person to float and take pot away later. As you get better at adjusting to the tendencies of your opponents, you winrate will go up as well as your red and blue lines. That will happen naturally as a result of changes to your game, not because you are trying to change your redline. |

if you want a really good red line, just call down with all your SUPERWEAK HANDS, like 27-109 that missed. oh and if you are vbetting and get raised and think you are beat? take it to showdown...
your redline will be awesome!
oh and bluff a LOT but if he raises you and you think you are beat, take it to showdown. otherwise this will add to your non-showdown losses and you want to avoid that. |
