Standard coolers. Make sure you obey your BR rules.
Play only when you actually stop believing you are in the middle of a doom switch. All these hands happened in the past and they will have 0 influence on how good/bad you will run from now on. If you realise that keep grinding, if not you will likely get tilted and a week off to take mind of poker is a great idea.
And keep your head up - as long as you don't get tilted in other spots none of these hands(I didn't get through them all but the ones I did see were setups) will influence your win rate in the long run.
