My MasterCard doesn't seem to be working for some reason and I happened to have some cash on my Paypal account. Can a reputable member send me around $40 on FTP? I'll be sending whatever I have in my Paypal ($48.59 CAD) to the member.

I don't have an E-Checks option.
Visa, MasterCard, Instadebit, Click2Pay, MoneyBookers, CashTransfer, ClickandBuy, WebMoney, EntroPay are the ones on the list. |

edwin just so u know, no one is going to do this unless they know u personally... paypal is the same as the other person sending first, since they're trusting u wont file for unsent goods or however paypal works.
or use cash transfer, if you have online banking its easy |
