um, i'd guess fewer tables, then gradually increase? :O
then vice versa for the cooldown

I actually meant in Poker. Watched an interesting stox video on preparing yourself mentally to play every day then cool down at the end of the day by extracting learning and thinking about what we can do better for the next day. |
