Sketchy thing in my bank statement |

So I check my savings account statement today (never use my savings account at all so this rly sketched me out), and there was a friendly paragraph under some bold words "Important Account Information"
"Your Card (Wells Fargo ATM Cards, Check Cards, or Cash Cards) must not be used for any unlawful purpose (for example, funding any
account that is set up to facilitate Internet gambling). You agree to take steps to ensure that you will not use your Card or any linked
account for any transaction that is illegal under the laws governing your account. In addition, the Bank reserves the right to deny
transactions or authorizations from merchants apparently engaging in the Internet gambling business or identifying themselves
through the Card transactions record or otherwise as engaged in such business."
So yeah im currently using wells fargo, have deposited to FTP with my check card, and to PokerStars with my check card and instant e-checks. Any thoughts on this? Should I get a new bank account, and if so what bank?

depends on where u live, and how u cash out money, and how much u are going to be cashing out |

pretty sure that's whatever dude, they aren't going to do anything to you, they're basically saying they will do their best to deny transactions with gambling sites |

Wamu works fine for withdrawals + deposits, only used Wells Fargo for 2 withdrawals, no problems. |
