how do i change the password on my linksys wireless router? its a wrt54g.

login with 192.168.1.1 (probably have to use a lan cable instead of wifi)
click on administration, right beside status
change password |

192.168.2.1 for mine. If you've forgotten PW, get a paperclip and put it in the reset hole in the back. |

asks for a username & password. I think i remember the last time i did this it ended in 0.0, i might be wrong, but i know it never asked for pw and username. |
