Best Way to get out of a speeding ticket?

I would just quit being a little bitch and pay it. But if you wanna go the extra mile and piss off a cop that's just doing his job then fight it and you will probably get out of it.

Sadly theres really not much you can do. Usually if you plead no guilty they will drop the charges to something lower, like my last ticket I plead not guilty then recieved a plea bargain in the mail to plead guilty to a moving violation which is no points. I am however unsure if they will do this for you since ur speed was pretty excessive. Bottom line is they really dont wanna have a trial over your speeding ticket.

well switching the date is a good first move actually.. normally you go to a genearl hearing first, where there will be like 40 other people and 99% of the poeple just say guilty or no contest and pay up.. at this hearing you dont get your ticket thrown out if there is no cop, at this first hearing (at least in the state of oregon) you have to say that you are not guilty, then the judge knows she needs to schedule a real private hearing for your case. So thats the first step.. now at this next case you have a right to confront your accuser, this being the cop, he has to be there, if hes not there just state that and the ticket will be thrown out. If he is there, you can simply say that you were not traveling at the speed he said, ask how he tracked you and if he had any proof of the number, then ask if what ever way he tracked you was calibrated recently because you think its wrong.. so if he says he followed you at that speed and looked at his speedometer ask how long its been since his cruisers speedo was calibrated because you think it was broken.. Same with lazer or radar ect ect... if he says it was right then you can try digging into his past (google his name and look for news articles) any reason to not trust his judgement over your own... or just google other ways to try and get out during your 2nd court hearing.. try all those then at the end state you know you were not going that speed and you are not guilty.. Then if you get charged as guilty you can file an appeal and you can call a traffic lawyer, there these dudes that just get people outa tickets all day long.. it might cost nearly as much as your ticket but it wont fuck with your insurance or anything else like that.. and the traffic lawyer will roll in there with u and thrown down some shit.

hahaha they won't auto throw it out just because the cop doesn't show up. Cops usually don't show up, I mean why should they? they've already written down everything important about what happened. The only reason they might auto throw it out is if the cop forgot to sign the ticket, I saw that happen once.

also you don't get to break laws and not pay a penalty just because you're poor. If it's really a hardship thought you can ask them for community service instead.

I'm not poor at all by any means, I just don't want to pay a fine/tarnish my driving record for driving the same speed as everybody else.

go to court and say that you don't believe that you were speeding, that the cop made a mistake.

if cop doesn't show up, you get off. if cop insists that he was right, ask him to provide proof the most recent time to the date of the incident that he got his radar gun calibrated.
