Could you elaborate on that please, under what conditions can you chargeback?. I've never heard of this before. |

I'd be interested in that too, how do you charge back? Do you mean the fact that it will show up as sent in your history and you can still cancel it? In those cases the money hasn't actually been sent yet. |

Works like this:
Scammer put money on Pokerstars with a fraudulent CC (or his own)
Scammer transfers to Dupe on PS, gets from Dupe on FTP
Bank (or scammer) initiates a chargeback on the deposit (not the transfer)
PS will then take the money owed from the Dupe on PS
There were some 2+2 threads on this a while back, they haven't changed their policy AFAIK |
