wondering if anyone plays turbo HU SNGs on stars and how partnering in 4 mans would work. If one of the partners wins the shootout, would they just transfer half the winnings over?

it's probably collusion, but apart from that i think it only helps your variance and not really your ev |

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol | Last edit: 27/01/2010 06:23 |

And no, its not just variance, it helps your EV(assuming both players are +EV) |

Interesting that this is not seen as colluding. I do not see how it is not. I mean if 2 people are grinding these 4man sngs, and splitting profits, you are increasing your winrate significantly. I really do not see how this is not seen as an unfair advantage and how it is fair on the opposition. |

i heard it's not colluding because the partners are not gaining anything from the partnership. They are essentially putting up 2 buy-ins to win the shootout. I think it's mostly to cut down on variance. |

this would contradict the fact that it is not -EV for the other players |
