1k hands, down over 8 BI, worst swing ive had so far, keep flopping good hands and running into the nuts played in the most wtf ways ever. I get called preflop with any two and they always outflop me. Honestly ... just lost like 1/3 of my profit on those stakes in 1 fucking session. This game is fucking dumb.

Edit: After smoking a bowl, listening to some Ronald Jenkees and moving up to NL20 (I have like 40BI for NL20 after donkament score but still set a goal to play 20k NL10 hands first)

You're right but there was a very aggressive metagame between the player w/ JJ and me, I knew I'd run into sets in this spot alot but also weaker 2 pairs/AK, hell maybe even AJ trying to fold me and face 1 opponent

youre leveling yourself. weaker 2 pairs (K5 and J5) are prettyyyy uncommon. he also cold min 3bet the flop. this is alwaysssssssssss the nuts and never AK. and youre dreaming if you think he has AJ.

all your other hands look ok (except i would just bet the turn in hand 2 instead of trying to c/r again bcuz you may get it checked back), but the first one is really bad.

I think you can exploit the softer players much more then you are, they are always calling, you're isolating too weak, keep doing 1 and 1 klick more, till you find out where they fold, so in future spots, if it's just a few behind and you want a fold, do that amount, or if you want max value, with a decent hand, isolate to the right amount he will call to an iso.

And don't look at people at the table as morons, idiots, so forth, that makes you one of them xD + you won't be able to think clearly about what you should, and focus, analyzing their play on how you can exploit them even more.

Yeah I have managed to control what used to be my extreme tilt but I still silently rage and type away in a poker IRC channel we have when I get into these spots Thanks for the input on finding the point where stations will fold, it's something that makes sense and that I understand but massively overlook during actual sessions. I'll have to add that to my notes!

smoking some is awesome if you ran bad.. whether you play afterwards or not.. just doesnt feel as bad if you had a horrible session before
