Had the beta for a bit now and have a good amount of games.
This game is not like Sc1. I feel that in the current state, builds are rock/paper/scissors and no game should go longer than 15 minutes. Hopefully balance and map selection will change this in the future.

if you don't want to make a game that sucks, you probably shouldn't hire a lead designer whose past history is all games that suck.
i feel like my nerdsoul is being ravaged. by killing sc1, and then sucking as a successor, sc2 is probably gonna be the thing that forces me to put my eggs in the real life basket |

Things should change in the future, I think bonus damage makes hard counter very apparent; however, some of the higher level games can last quite some time. |

Just watched day[9] daily which showed a long macro game between Affe and Nazgul; hopefully more of this becomes the standard. |
