I played on my friend's computer without a HUD last night...I liked it actually.
So Im thinking about playing without the HUD a couple of times a week to develop hand reading and increase my concentration at the table. I'd still be importing my hands for review, and put log at least 50% hours with a hud so I could 4-table and gtfo of micros already.
Have any of you tried this routine in the past? If so, how were the results?
Edit : Kinda odd to put in this particular blog post. But if anyone knows how to write stats on HEM and wouldnt mind helping out with a stat I want to experiment with send me a PM

I used to play without HUD.
I only play with HUD for 1 month or two.
It's great to increase your ability to take note , focus ( note > HUD by far )
but now I could not play without HUD anymore ... |

If you are not in the habit of proper note taking then its a great Idea.
If you are, put the HUD on, its simply +ev |

Hm yeah. Long term plans ofc is to play with HUD.
But yeah it seems like an okay thing to go with...since I mean theres no way I could consider myself top tier in terms of focus, note taking, paying attention to and using information.
