I have been running hotter than god every time I sit down. It's not as though I don't feel like I'm playing well, I'm just winning every 60/40 (and some 40/60s ldo) imaginable. I find myself prepared to grind but I just decide to insta-quit when I win 10 buyins in 20 minutes. Anyone ever find themselves in a similar situation? If so, what was the remedy?

Afraid of variance and loosing it all? Maybe you need to increase your bankroll ? |

I already have a 200 bi bankroll but the swings matter to me financially. It's just really difficult to win so much and keep playing knowing I probably won't continue to run as well |

Noting wrong with quitting and taking a breather if you feel that you are in a wrong mood. Suboptimal play induced by a hot run is as bad as one induced by a bad one. So while you should strive to learn to play through variance without letting it affect you, there is no reason to push yourself to play at times when you clearly feel you are not in the right mindset. |

Excellent post, appreciated. It's just really difficult because I tell myself I need to play xx hours to generate xx rakeback to pay bills, but how the hell can you keep playing when you can't lose? Like I know it's gonna come crashing down, it's part of the game. But I can't do it. |

i used to have similar problems as u in regards to short sessions if winning 2 much
now after passing through numerous downswings i understand how to value a nice upswing and just push myself to play more while running good just cause your confidence in your game will be so high + u will probably make much less mistakes than normal
other than that u can set yourself a daily goal where u will play x amount of hands or y amount of hours and quit when those hit or if u lose z amount of bi's before those hit |

whats wrong with quitting at 10BI in 20 min, just rinse and repeat 20 min later. take the short heater and be happy |
