Here's some more info on him. . The interview ofc was probably from the mid or late 60s. He died in 2008 The post is done 1/2-jokingly, ofc, and also touches on some parallels b/t chess and poker. It reminded me of a thread I read on LP a while back about how so many chess players were starting to make the move over to poker.

I'm guessing it's just the similarity between the russians cheating, him playing long hours and shit and Isildur.

Also, don't play chess at all but still really liked the video.
