I believe you are able to buy beta keys from Gamestop with the pre-purchase of starcraft 2. I am not sure if this goes for the foreigners, but it definitely is in U.S. and Canada

I don't think you can buy a beta key from gamestop for $5 unless this is some new promotion that came out recently

edit: just did a search on their website and all I see is the preorder for the game

You only have to pay 5 dollars down to preorder Jason, you don't need to pay full price upfront
