No, you can't range live limpers. I made a post a while ago about value towning myself where I had TPTK on the safest board ever and the guy c/c'd with QQ each street ( he also limped ).

People limp/flat AK/KK pre-flop it's ridiculous.

Maybe I should have been more descriptive. I wanted to combo range these guys accurately then adjust it post flop. Seems pretty hard. The other stuff alone is hard enough. But the Offsuit KxQxJx and for some guys, the Offsuit Tx9x8x7x6x5x4x3x really make it hard.

well range finding goes beyond preflop.

theres actually no shame in checking back TPTK on the river in live games, precisely because of their propensity to limp AA and AQ+ and every nut hand postflop n' shit. Most do it to be sly because it's so leet to limp monsters UTG, but I've met a few that are honestly that passive. But you should quickly be able to figure out who's doing this and who isnt, because these guys stick out like sore thumbs. As for range finding players who play 72o+, I think my usual line is to just bet some arbitrary amount on the flop which I think will get them to fold their air, otherwise I assume they have something. Usually 1/3 pot isnt too obvious against the very worst players who are simply in "call/fold" mode and dont really care what you bet. You can try to build a little history with them by double barreling some scare cards or non-scare cards just to see how they react, since thats about all you have to go on with uber fish. I'd say it's 50/50 betting for value and betting to "find out where you are" vs fish.

It is impossible. I value owned myself on a TT5QA board with AT when a guy overlimped QQ OTB when it was already 4 way (I checked BB).

this shit happens in online poker too you just don't notice it as much

just use your head, and live is nifty because you can get some really solid reads and get a good idea of if your valuebet on the river or w/e is going to be +EV.

You just cant.
Where i play ppl raise to 16 in a 2/2 game and some will even raise to 25-30 pf with no raise/limp before them.
All you can do is try to mass play IP, mainly to pot-control.
